Embassy Suites By Hilton Nashville Airport

Excellent hotel with great internet access, free airport shuttle, and a wonderful lounge bar. The staff once helped me find transport quickly. I recommend enjoying the made-to-order breakfast! I'm coming back for a business trip.

I had a nice stay here. I liked it, staff and rooms were very good. Lots of food at breakfast, such as cereals, fresh fruit, cookies and pancakes.

Had good 2 nights in this hotel that's why I liked that. The suite was brand-new, had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe.

Their staff were unprofessional.

Our room tv did not work the door handle was broke between the den and bed room the hani-cap bath room did not have a seat in the tub like the one in Birmingham wich we satyed on Friday night Oct 1 the room did not have an hair-dryer and it took 40 min to get one and the ice maker on the floor was out of ice, Over all the worst Embassy that we have ever stayed at.

I liked the breakfast and the fact that we were able to check in early and get an extension on departure.

The wallpaper in room 716 was pealing off the wall!

Large, clean and comfortable suite at an affordable price. Very close to airport and easy to reach downdown or Opry by car. Free evening drinks (if the lines are not too long).

You have to pay for WiFi.

Very nice hotel, Loved the things that they do extra for there guest. Drinks and finger foods in the evening, Very nice breakfeast bar in morning or they will cook to order omlets for you.

I bbok the Hotel for my parents that were coming visit me and my wife from Italy.The Hotel staff took care of them (they do not speak English) and they were very impress from their kindness and friendliness.

We visited the Grand Ole Opry and the Country Music Hall of Fame, both were awesome cultural highlights. The complimentary area shuttle made getting around super easy, and the flexible event spaces are perfect for planning future trips. Just expect that some rooms may not be available on arrival.

The check-in process could use some improvement. Had issues with room cleanliness that really soured the initial excitement.

I had to scan by door card 10 to 20 times before it would unlock to door.

Staff was fantastic! Very accomindating and friendly :)

Bathroom floor was sticky when we arrived and the carpets and couch really needed cleaning.

Our family stay was enjoyable with a great breakfast featuring made-to-order omelets and a fantastic pool for the kids to enjoy. We loved hanging out in the lobby area with our family too! Although the room was nice, it could use some updates, but it didn't spoil our fun. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the free evening drinks and snacks. Small spread of food but pretty impressed with the options for alcohol!

Pool was supposed to be adults only from 10-12. My husband and I were REALLY looking forward to this but pool was full of kids. I'm sure if we had said something to the desk they would have taken care of it but we just went to bed.

Clean, easy access to vending and ice. Staff very friendly. Good selection on our breakfast menu with great coffee!

Do not know why motels do not have trash can liners. Very odd seeing that we ended up using the laundry bag to substitute anyway.

Great staff and tasty omelet station, but had room mix-up at check-in.
